My experience in handling hundreds of cases through the settlement, arbitration/mediation and/or the trial processes, has given me great insight into the concerns and needs of the plaintiff in reaching a settlement of their case. I also understand the insurance carriers risks of taking a case to trial versus the reduction of risk in settling a claim.
